1. What types of soccer training programs do you offer?
We offer one on one and small group field player and keeper training.
2. What makes Rochester Soccer Academy different from other soccer academies?
We don't run soccer camps. We run training sessions in your home town. When and how often you train is up to you.
3. What age groups can join your programs?
Boys and Girls ages 10 and up.
4. How do I register for a program?
You can register through our website or calls us.
5. Where are your training sessions and camps held?
Enjoy the home field advantage. RESA comes to you and you train in your home town
6. How long is each training session?
60 minutes
7. What should my child bring to training or camp?
Soccer shoes, water bottle, shin pads and a coach-able attitude.
8. Are the training programs safe for children?
Yes, We provide a safe and fun training environment.
9. Can parents watch or participate in the training sessions?
Absolutely. In fact, we encourage parents to be part of the training process
10. Do you offer private, one-on-one training sessions?
Yes, we offer one on one training for keepers and field players.
